There's one true dog leg on the entire course, and the challenge comes from fast greens (which, to Rock Creek's credit, are usually in REALLY good condition), really tight fairways, and a decent amount of out of bounds territory. Yes, we have an award-winning golf course that is a Top 100 course in the nation and that continues to rank in the Top 10 courses in Oregon. The reason this won't happen is because Riverside is financially very weak and Columbia would not want to take on the substantial liabilities.
